100 000 – A fan wins R100, 000 by simply scoring a penalty against a DStv star during halftime of the activated AmaFanDayz match
200 000 – If the successful fan is an active Compact subscriber or higher on the day, their prize money is doubled to R200, 000
On the eve of every AmaFanDayz activated match, DStv hosts an AmaFanDayz roadshow where local fans in the area where the match will take place, will be given an opportunity to win match tickets and branded merchandise and to have a meet and greet with football legends and DStv stars.
To enter the competition on match day, fans are encouraged to get their match tickets then visit the DStv activation zone inside the. Once inside the stadium, fans are encouraged to sign up with DStv promoters to stand a chance to be one of three participants in the sudden death penalty shootout at halftime.
The successful penalty kick winner will be crowned the Fan of the Match and will walk away with R100 000 cash. If the fan has an active DStv Compact subscriber or higher, the prize money will be doubled to R200 000.
