Orlando Pirates Make No Changes To CAF Squad

The Siya crew can reveal that Orlando Pirates' CAF Confederation Cup squad remains unchanged following the registration deadline on Thursday, January 15.

On January 8, the crew reported on the 25-man squad released by the Parktown-based club.

Furthermore, the Soweto giants indicated that they would still register an additional five players to the overall squad, however the crew can now reveal that there are no new additions to the Bucs squad as it remains unchanged.

"The squad remains the same, we have not included any new players or changed any players," confirmed Pirates' Administrative Officer, Floyd Mbele with the crew.

Among the notable exclusions from the Bucs squad was winger, Tlou Segolela.

The Buccaneers, have been handed a bye in the first preliminary stage of the CAF competition and will begin their quest of Confederation Cup glory against the winner between URA Football Club from Uganda and Elgeco Plus from Madagascar in the last 16 stage of the 2015 CAF Confederation Cup.
