Siyabonga Nkosi Delighted With Match-Winning Goal

Kaizer Chiefs midfielder, Siyabonga Nkosi, says that he was happy to score an important goal in the CAF Champions League, and that the team is ready for Raja Casablanca. Nkosi scored the only goal as the Amakhosi beat Township Rollers 1-0 on Saturday afternoon to secure a 3-1 aggregate win over the champions of Botswana. Speaking after the game, the goalscorer said that he was pleased to complete 90 minutes for the first time since his operation. Nkosi said, "The most important thing is that the goal was important for the team. I'm happy to have provided that, and on a personal note I tried to work hard. I'm glad I was able to finish the 90 minutes after undergoing an operation. It's been good for me. "We know that going through means the next round will be even tougher. We know that we are one of the biggest teams in Africa even though we have less experience than teams like Raja Casablanca and we're up for the challenge. We know the conditions that we'll come up against." Read: Masilela 'Fine' After Injury Scare
