Keagan Dolly, Bongani Zungu, Bradley Grobler, Dean Furman and Kamohelo Mokotjo did not feature in Bafana Bafana's 1-1 draw at home against Nigeria in November last year, but most of them appear to have recovered and are likely to be called up for the qualifier late next month.

Itumeleng Khune, however, remains sidelined because a shoulder injury that has left him in danger of missing the Afcon should South Africa qualify. Khune was confirmed to be out for the rest of the season by Kaizer Chiefs.
With all the missing players – during different periods – Bafana were still able to beat Seychelles 6-0 and hold off group leaders Nigeria to a draw at FNB Stadium, although the biggest disappointment was the stalemate away to Seychelles just days after they had put six goals past them.
"I believe we will be a different team against Libya because when we played them Percy Tau was a bit flat after his move to Belgium. We did not have Bongani Zungu and Lebo Mothiba also on the pitch," Baxter said.
He said Zungu was back in training, a story also reported by the Siya crew last week, and so was Dolly.
