After returning to management, Spain head coach Luis Enrique has revealed who he thinks are favourites for the 2020 European Championship.
Enrique reclaimed his role as La Furia Roja's head coach after Robert Moreno, Enrique's former assistant, was relieved of his duties shortly after clinching qualification.
Spain were drawn alongside Sweden and Poland, while the final Group E opponent will be determined by the play-offs.
The Spanish won back-to-back European Championships in 2008 and 2012, but Enrique feels 2018 World Cup winners France are the outright favourites to lift the title this time around.
"We like being favourites, even if we haven't done well in recent competitions.
"It will be complicated, we've no doubt about that, but we want to reinforce our favouritism with results.
"I don't see anyone being above the rest.
"But you have to assign the role of favourites to the current world champions, France. I think they're the favourites."
