AmaZulu have confirmed the departure of a player who was one of their top scorers in the PSL this past season.
Usuthu are planning for next season, but have confirmed that Nigerian striker Augustine Chidi Kwem will not be part of the team, making an exit from the club, with his contract coming to an end.

The club has let him go despite being one of their most potent attackers in the past campaign. The 26-year-old, who has previously been on the books of Chippa United and TS Galaxy, found the back of the net eight times in all competitions, seven of which were in the DStv Premiership.
AmaZulu, however, have decided to not keep him beyond the end of the season, which gives him an opportunity to look for a new home for 2024/25.
After scoring eight goals in all competitions last season, Kwem might not struggle to find a new home in the PSL, or possibly even outside of the country, with West African players often looking for greener pastures in Europe or the Middle East.
