Despite being a year older than his head coach. AmaZulu midfielder George Maluleka says the age factor has not affected the quality of work done by Romain Folz.

It has been a situation that has followed the Frenchman wherever he has gone and it certainly was the case when he first surfaced at Marumo Gallants this year and more recently at AmaZulu.
More often than not, Folz has coached players who are the same age as him – or older. This is no different with Maluleka, who despite being one year his coach's senior, says it has no impact on how players are responding to Folz's tactics.
"It's good, the coach is good [and] we have a good relationship. You guys have seen how the team has played so there's still a lot of work to be done, even now we are training," he told the media at the launch of the Philly's Games in Tembisa.
"There's a lot of work we are doing, he really wants to do well. He's positive and so are the guys," he said.
Folz has overseen six matches as Usuthu head coach so far, picking up one win, four draws and suffering defeat just once in the MTN8 final against Orlando Pirates.
"We are looking forward to the second half of the season, its not going to be easy because this is where everyone is fighting. So we are looking forward, we are working and I am excited, I really am," he concluded.
