Poland 1-3 Portugal
Portugal registered a third straight win the UEFA Nations League after defeating Poland 3-1 on Saturday night.
Cristiano Ronaldo was back in the starting line-up for the visitors, joining Rafael Leao and Pedro Neto in the front three.
Portugal took the lead in the 26th minute as Bruno Fernandes turned provider to tee up Bernardo Silva, who sent a clinical finish into the bottom corner.
The lead was doubled ten minutes later as Ronaldo grabbed his 133rd international by slotting home from close range after Leao struck the upright.
Poland gave themselves a lifeline when Piotr Zielinski pulled one back with 12 minutes remaining, although the two-goal lead was restored through Jan Bendnarek's own goal.
Croatia 2-1 Scotland
Croatia made it back-to-back wins in Group 1 after defeating Scotland 2-1 on Saturday evening.
The visitors took the lead in the 32nd minute courtesy of a strike from Ryan Christie.
Igor Matanovic brought the Croats level four minutes later, before Andrej Kramaric bagged the winning goal with 20 minutes left in the second half.
Spain 1-0 Denmark
Spain maintained their unbeaten start in Group 4 with a 1-0 win over Denmark.
After a goalless first half, the European champions had to wait until the 79th minute for the breakthrough when Martin Zubimendi found the back of the net.
Spain will be back in action on Tuesday against Serbia, while Denmark travel to Switzerland.
Serbia 2-0 Switzerland
Serbia go their first win of the campaign after defeating Switzerland 2-0.
The opening goal arrived for the visitors on the stroke of halftime, with Serbia's Nico Elvedi putting the ball into his own net while trying to clear.
The game was put to bed when Aleksander Mitrovic grabbed the second goal after the hour mark.
