Portugal 1-1 Croatia

Portugal prepared for their Nations League tie against Italy with a 1-1 draw with Croatia.   The European champions were without Cristiano Ronaldo, who was omitted from the squad by Fernando Santos.   The World Cup finalists opened the scoring after 18 minutes, thanks to a strike from Inter Milan forward Ivan Perisisc.   The equaliser arrived in the 32nd minute, with defender Pepe heading home a corner from Pizzi.
Netherlands 2-1 Peru    The Netherlands came from behind to defeat Peru in Wesley Sneijder's final match for the Dutch.
Pedro Aquino put the visitors into a first-half lead when he turned home Christian Cueva's cross in the 13th minute.   The Dutch hit back courtesy of a second-half brace from Memphis Depay,  while Sneijder was substituted off in the 62nd minute in his final game in the colours of Holland.
Austria 2-0 Sweden   An own goal from Filip Helander and a strike from David Alaba guided Austria to a 2-0 win over Sweden at the Generali Arena.
