Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is reportedly under pressure to save his job, and will have a chance to do so when his side host Valencia in the UEFA Champions League tonight – here is how both teams will line up!
UEFA Champions League
Teams: Manchester United v Valencia
Date: 2 October 2018
Venue: Old Trafford
Time: 21:00
The Red Devils have equalled their worst start to a Premier League campaign after seven games following their 3-1 defeat to West Ham United on the weekend.
However, they did win their UCL opener in Group H against Young Boys Bern 3-0, while tonight's opponents lost 2-0 at home to Juventus.
Valencia have also come slowly out of the starting blocks in LaLiga, but managed to pick up their first victory of the season at the weekend, when they beat Real Sociedad 1-0 away from home.
The Spanish side, though, have lost their past four successive games in the Champions League, failing to score in any of them.
Los Che are also still winless against United in their previous Champions League clashes, with the home side winning two of their previous six contests, and four ending in a draw.
