Barcelona head coach Xavi Hernandez shared a huge concern regarding Ivory Coast international Franck Kessie following the Catalan club's UEFA Champions League victory on Tuesday night.

The Blaugrana finished this season's Champions League group stage with a 4-2 win away at Viktoria Plzen, during which Kessie had to be taken off with what appeared to be a serious injury.
Speaking in a post-match press conference after the match, Xavi suggested the former AC Milan midfielder could be sidelined for a while, saying the 25-year-old was "screwed up".
"Kessie is bad and screwed up because he has hurt his hamstring," he said, according to Diario AS.
"I think that, until the injury, he has been fine. He has been good in the air, in getting the ball out…
"But he has had the bad luck of the injury."
The Ivorian has had a difficult start to life in Spain, with his agent recently having to quash rumours that his client could be seeking an early exit from the club.

Kessie has, for the most part, featured from the bench for Barcelona since his arrival in July, and still has four years remaining on his contract with the LaLiga giants.
