With Manchester United having announced that Jadon Sancho will not train with the club's first-team squad, the reason for their actions has reportedly been revealed.

On Thursday, the Red Devils issued a statement in which it was revealed the ex-Borussia Dortmund winger would be put on an individual training programme "pending resolution of a squad discipline issue".
This comes after Sancho hit out at head coach Erik ten Hag on social media following comments the Dutchman made in the wake of United's defeat to Arsenal in the Premier League before the international break.
Ten Hag had revealed the player had been left out of the matchday team for that game due to poor training performance, a notion Sancho strongly rejected, before claiming to have been made a scapegoat.
According to The Athletic, the club's latest move to demote the England international is due to his refusal to apologise to the manager during talks earlier this week.
It is expected that Sancho will not be involved in United's league match against Brighton Hove Albion this weekend and for the foreseeable future.
