Mazraoui, a Dutch-born Morocco international, made 137 appearances under Erik ten Hag during his time at Eredivisie giants Ajax Amsterdam.

This looks set to be third hijacked deal of United's transfer window, after reportedly beating Real Madrid to Leny Yoro's signature and AC Milan to Joshua Zirkzee's.
Mazraoui joined the Bavarians as a free agent in 2022 following his departure from Ajax, and has since represented the club on 55 occasions.
