Mario Balotelli's time at Serie A side Genoa could reportedly come to an end next month.
The Italian striker joined Genoa as a free agent in October after parting ways with Turkish outfit Adana Demirspor at the end of last season.
Balotelli's return to the Italian top-flight has not be fruitful, with the striker playing just 56 minutes under coach Patrick Vieria.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the former Manchester City striker could now leave the club when the transfer window opens next month.
The Genoa coach has preferred Andrea Pinamonti, Jeff Ekhator and Vitinha over Balotelli in recent weeks.
The report adds that Mexican side Cruz Azul are interested in signing the Premier League-winning striker to bolster their attack in Liga MX.
The transfer window in Mexico is already open and Brazilian outfit RTI Esporte have reported that Balotelli and the Cruz Azul bosses are progressing in talks, which includes discussions about a salary.
