With Spanish clubs able to sign players until the end of the month, Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane is still reportedly obsessed with the idea of signing Manchester United's Paul Pogba.

While Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and the Red Devils do not want to see the Frenchman leave in this transfer window, the French tactician is believed to still see the 26-year-old as a priority signing.
Sport has reported that luring Pogba to Spain would cost Los Blancos about €170 million (R2.8 billion), although they could acquire another top Premier League playmaker for much cheaper.

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Christian Eriksen is said to be available at €50 million (R848 million), but is understood to not be on Zidane's shortlist.
Time, however, appears to be running out for the Spanish giants, with the English transfer window closing this evening.

It seems unlikely that United would sell Pogba without a replacement lined up, especially considering they already do not wish to see him leave Old Trafford.
