The 15-time UEFA Champions League winners are strongly linked with a move for the England international.
Alexander-Arnold, 25, has not yet committed his long-term future to the Reds amid the expiration of his current deal at the end of this season.
The right-back has discussed his desire to win more trophies, having been part of the most successful Liverpool side since the 1980s.
The club academy product has helped the Reds to seven different trophies during his time in the senior squad, including the 2018/19 Champions League and 2019/20 Premier League titles.
According to Caught Offside journalist Ekrem Konur, meanwhile, Los Blancos are already preparing a formal offer for the creative defender.
He claims that Real, in discussions with the player's camp, are planning to propose a contract that runs until 2030, an idea that reportedly pleases Alexander-Arnold.
In terms of the money on offer, it is suggested that the LALIGA champions would be willing to pay him between £14 million (R320.8 million) and £15 million (R343.7 million) per season.
