Ceballos' move to Arsenal saw him become the latest player from Los Blancos to join a Premier League club, and the London club has been a favoured destination for former Real stars.
Mesut Ozil became the most expensive German footballer of all time when he traded Madrid for the Gunners in 2013, and has since made more than 200 appearances for the club. Julio Baptista made the same trip in 2006, although the former Brazil forward spent only one solitary season with Arsenal.

Chelsea have also welcomed a number of stars from Real, and recently completed the permanent signing of Mateo Kovacic on a five-year deal. The Croatia international spent last season on loan at the Blues, where he played an important role in the club's Uefa Europa League success.
Stamford Bridge was also home to one of Africa's brightest talents following Geremi's arrival from Real in 2003. The two-time Afcon winner also enjoyed spells with Middlesbrough and Newcastle.
Perhaps the biggest name to leave Real for the Premier League is Robinho. The Brazilian forward became the poster boy of Manchester City's revival when he joined for a fee of €42 million (R662 million) in 2008.
