Spanish giants Real Madrid have reportedly made a big decision on Manchester City striker Erling Haaland, who has already scored 42 goals this season.

According to AS, the 22-year-old has become a priority signing for the 14-time UEFA Champions League winners ahead of 2024.
The Spanish outlet claims Real have reactivated "Operation Haaland" as they prepare to make a strong move for his signature at the end of next season.
Having also been linked with Paris Saint-Germain's Kylian Mbappe, the LaLiga side have decided to pursue Haaland regardless of their long-standing interest in France's new captain.
Despite only joining the Citizens at the start of the 2022/23 campaign, the Norwegian international is believed to have a release clause in his contract in England that will become active next year.

It is suggested that Haaland will become available for €200 million (R3.9 billion, with his father having previously said that his son would enjoy a career in which he plays for a number of top clubs across Europe.
Real are rumoured to have been interested in Haaland since before he joined Pep Guardiola's City and see him as a potential successor to Karim Benzema, who has been tipped to sign a one-year extension in Madrid.
