Inter confirmed the 27-year-old's arrival in a deal worth €20 million (R322 million) earlier on Tuesday.
Eriksen's deal with Tottenham Hotspur was set to expire at the end of this season, and the Danish playmaker was seemingly keen on a new chapter in his life.
The Serie A side confirmed he has signed a four-and-a-half-year deal, running until June 2024, which is believed to earn him about €120 000 (R1.9 million) a week after taxes, according to The Times.

As a consequence, he will pocket about €6.2 million (R100 million) a year in Italy, making him Inter's second-highest earner behind Romelu Lukaku, who receives €7.5 million (R121 million), plus €1.5 million (R24 million) in bonuses, a year, as per Gazzetta dello Sport.
Eriksen is now also among Serie A's top 10 earners, even though he is far off Ronaldo's reported annual deal of €31 million (R500 million).
While the Dane appears in ninth position among the league's top earners, Lukaku is third, with only Ronaldo and Matthijs de Ligt believed to pocket more, the latter making €8 million (129 million), plus another €4 million (R64 million) in potential bonuses, per year.
