The former Liverpool winger has been battling for form in recent months, having failed to score in the Saudi Pro League since September.
Mane, 31, joined Al Nassr at the start of the season following a difficult single season at Bayern Munich in Germany, where he also had a high-profile fallout with ex-teammate Leroy Sane.
The Senegal international hit the ground running in the league following his arrival, finding the back of the net six times in his first six SPL appearances, but is currently on an eight-match goalless streak.
In the AFC Champions League, meanwhile, Mane has struck just once in four matches.
According to Koora, the winger has been on the receiving end of harsh criticism from supporters and media houses in the Middle East, and has struggled to cope with Ronaldo's dominance.
The report calls him "a nightmare" for the five-time Ballon d'Or winner, with there being calls from the outside for head coach Luis Castro to drop him from his starting XI.

It is also pointed out that Mane is not even second to Ronaldo at Al Nassr in terms of what he contributes to the team, with Brazilian midfielder Anderson Talisca having been more effective than him in terms of goal contributions.
