Lionel Messi has already won his first trophy in the United States after guiding Inter Miami to the Leagues Cup.
Th Argentine had been the standout performer for Miami since making his debut in the competition last month.

It was Messi on target once again who found the back of the net for Miami to open the scoring in the Leagues Cup final against Nashville.
Nashville, however did go on to find an equaliser in the 57th minute courtesy of a strike from Fafà Picault.
The game would ultimately go to a penalty shoot-out, where Miami held their nerve to triumph 10-9 and claim the Leagues Cup title.
The triumph also sees Messi claim his 44th trophy in his career, which is a new all-time record after passing former Barcelona teammate Dani Alves who had 43 titles to his name.
Just as he did at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, Messi became the first player to score in every single round of the Leagues Cup with his goal on the night.
The Argentine will now turn his attention to helping Inter Miami move off the foot of the Eastern Conference standings when the Major League Soccer campaign resumes later this month.
