With Manchester United having only signed one player so far, manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has provided an update on the club's transfer dealings.
Donny van de Beek remains the only signing for the Red Devils in the current transfer window despite being linked with a number of players.
Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho is reportedly the club's main target, but the clubs are unable to agree on a fee.
When asked about Sancho, Solskjaer told reporters, "I can't say anything about other clubs' players, can't speculate.
"We understand to get further we need to develop what we have and strengthen the team but let's wait and see if we manage to bring anyone in.
"I've been in dialogue with the club, we're always discussing and let's see if we can bring anyone in."
The Red Devils were previously linked with Thiago Alcantara, who signed for Liverpoool, and Sergio Reguilon who is expected to join Tottenham Hotspur soon.
