Pellistri, 22, leaves United after spending four years on the club's books following his arrival from Penarol in Uruguay in 2020.
The winger has penned a long-term contract with the Greek outfit, and will work under compatriot Diego Alonso, who was believed to be key in his decision.
Having made 25 appearances for United, Pellistri was unable to make an impact in England as he contributed to only two goals.
