It has been claimed that Brazil and Porto left-back Alex Telles could be closing in on a move to Manchester United.

Although the Red Devils have been strongly linked with Real Madrid fullback Sergio Reguilon in recent days, Telles is said to be closer to joining the club.
The 27-year-old Porto captain has reportedly been a long-term target of United's, and is said to have his agents in Manchester to discuss to the potential move.

According to Portuguese newspaper A Bola, the Selecao left-back could be available at a very affordable price due to his contract expiring in 2021.
Telles, who made his debut for Brazil in 2019, left his country of birth to join Galatasaray in 2014, before signing for Inter Milan on loan for the 2015/16 campaign.

He then signed permanently for Porto in 2016, and has represented the club on 192 occasions, scoring 24 goals and assisting a further 55 strikes.
