The Ivorian was initially suspended indefinitely, after he insulted manager, Laurent Blanc, and a few of his PSG teammates in a Periscope session.
Aurier has apologised publicly for the incident and also attended a disciplinary meeting earlier in the week, but will now spend three weeks with the reserves.
The club's statement read: "This Friday 26 February at 16h30, at the headquarters of the club, the player received from the hands of Olivier Letang, assistant sporting director, the notification of a disciplinary suspension of six days, which he has completed in the context of the temporary suspension announced on February 14.
"Moreover, at a time when Paris Saint-Germain must remain focused on major deadlines, the club's management must protect the first-team squad from any potential distress and has decided to make Serge Aurier available to the club's team which plays in the CFA [4th division] from Monday 29 February until Sunday March 20th."
Aurier will now miss PSG's Champions League second leg tie against at Stamford Bridge, although he will be eligible should the French champions reach the quarterfinals.
