The Swede has scored 35 goals and assisted a further 13 strikes in just 29 league games this season, and won the award (voted for by his peers) a record third time on Sunday evening.
Ibrahimovic's teammate Angel Di Maria finished in second place, while Nice sensation Hatem Ben Arfa, who has been linked with a move to FC Barcelona, came in third.
PSG boss Laurent Blanc was named Coach of the Year after guiding his side to third successive title under his watch, leading the log by 27 points ahead of second-placed Lyon.
Rennes striker Ousmane Dembele, who many of Europe's top sides are said to be after, claimed the Young Player of the Year award, but did not make the Team of the Year.
