Former FC Barcelona and Manchester City star Yaya Toure, who has just started his managerial career, has revealed he would like to coach at the Blaugrana.
The African legend recently landed his first official job as a coach after a glittering 19-year career as a player, joining Ukrainian side Olimpik Donetsk as an assistant manager.
However, Toure has now confirmed he would like to return to Barcelona and work as a coach for the Catalan's reserve side or at the famed La Masia academy.
"I would love to work at La Masia, I still have a home in Barcelona.
"I know that, in Barcelona, they love me a lot. It was a very difficult decision for me to leave. I had everything there: football, life, climate. I had the best by my side, Xavi, (Andres) Iniesta.
"That's why I always want to end up in Barcelona. I watch TV in Catalan, TV3."
Toure also addressed Lionel Messi's situation, saying he cannot see his former teammate running out for any other club.
"I hope Messi stays at Barca," he added.
"When I'm asked what he's like, I say he's a normal guy, he doesn't talk much, but he's a very loving person.
"I don't see him outside of Barcelona. To see Messi in another team would be strange."
