Earlier this week, Spanish publication Marca reported that the Frenchman had informed the dressing room that he will leave the Santiago Bernabeu at the end of the season after Los Blancos' loss to Chelsea in the UEFA Champions League semi-finals.
There have also been rumours that Castilla coach Raul Gonzalez and former Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri are being considered as possible replacements if Zidane does leave.
However, Nacho was quick to rubbish those claims after Real's 1-0 win over Athletic Bilbao in their penultimate LaLiga encounter of the season.
"News has come out that he told us something in a talk," the Spanish defender told Marca in a post-match interview.
"I don't know anything about this, the coach has a contract here and he is fine with us, but it's a decision he and the club will make."
Zidane echoed those sentiments on Sunday, with his side still in the title race ahead of the coming weekend's final matchday.
"How am I going to tell the players that I am leaving now, if we 'risk our lives' and I say I am leaving?" he told Marca. "You can tell the stories that you want, I will never say this to my players."
