Perez was the only candidate to stand for election, meaning he was re-elected unopposed.
He was previously in charge of the club between 2000 and 2006, before starting his second stint as president in 2009.
Real have now announced that Perez will remain in charge until 2025, with his board of directors also being confirmed on Tuesday morning.
