Two-time CAF Player of the Year Sadio Mane has responded to reports about a possible return to a top-tier European league.

The Senegalese attacker currently plies his trade in the Saudi Pro League with Al Nassr. The 32-year-old made the move to Riyadh after a single season at Bayern Munich during the 2022/23 campaign.
The skilful winger arrived at the Allianz Arena amid much fanfare, as he would go on to finish second in the Ballon d'Or voting and was expected to replace Robert Lewandowski in Bavaria.
However, his time in Germany was far from memorable. Inconsistent form in front of goal, coupled with an alleged altercation with Leroy Sane following a UEFA Champions League encounter against Manchester City, ultimately led to the West African's departure from Europe.
Since transitioning to the Gulf, Mane's reputation has hardly diminished, as he continues to be linked with some of Europe's most prominent clubs. The latest club reportedly interested in him is Inter Milan, with I Nerazzurri seemingly keen to add a superstar name to their ranks after focusing primarily on signing younger players in recent windows.
Following Al Nassr's recent 3-1 league win over Al-Khaleej, the attacker addressed the reports, stating that he feels indifferent about them.
"Yes, I think this is part of football, and you have to accept it as a player," Mané said, according to Asharq Al-Awsat.

"There are always rumours, but I'm not young enough to be affected by them.
"I'm here and focused on my team. It doesn't bother me.
"I'm continuing with my team to compete for titles."
