Sevilla have confirmed they reached an agreement with AC Milan over the sale of Carlos Bacca, after the Serie A side met his €30 million release clause.

The Colombia striker will join the Italian giants, subject to a medical, as confirmed on Sevilla's website.
The official statement (translated from Spanish) read: "Sevilla FC have reached an agreement with AC Milan for the transfer of Carlos Bacca, pending medical tests in the coming days.
"Bacca left after two successful campaigns, where he was twice a Europa League champions and has scored 49 goals in 108 games. Sevilla FC wishes him luck in the rest of his career."
Milan have since also confirmed the transfer via the club's official Twitter account:

Bacca was reportedly also targeted by Liverpool but recently confirmed he will be joining Milan.
