Lukas Podolski Has Signed For Galatasaray

Turkish giants, Galatasaray, have confirmed the signing of German forward, Lukas Podolski, from Arsenal. Read: Bayern's Latest Three Transfer Targets Revealed? The Turkish Super Lig champions confirmed the signing via their Twitter account on Saturday afternoon. The German World Cup winner arrived in Turkey on Saturday morning for his medical at the club, before he signed the contract at in front of the club's fans at the Türk Telekom Arena this afternoon. Galatasaray have previously tried to sign Podolski in 2012 when he was FC Koln but the forward opted to join the Gunners. The 30-year-old, who was on loan at Inter Milan last season, made 82 appearances for Arsene Wenger's side, scoring 32 goals in the process.
