The young winger was recently being chased by PSV Eindhoven and Ajax Amsterdam, but Adekanye announced on his Instagram that he's happy to sign with the Merseyside club.
Adekanye wrote on his social media account, "I am very happy to sign for Liverpool," with a picture of him behind the signing desk.
The 16-year-old was born in Nigeria, but was raised in Holland after his parents decided to move to Amsterdam when he was just four-years-old.
