Suarez endured a frustrating evening in his club's 2-1 win over Villarreal on Tuesday, when he was booed by sections of the crowd following another lacklustre performance.
The Uruguay international has scored twice in five appearances this season, but his overall performances have left a lot to be desired, and Blaugrana fans have begun to voice their frustrations at his form.
The 32-year-old could now find his place in the team in jeopardy, particularly following the emergence of African sensation Ansu Fati, who was his replacement in the second half of Barca's win over El Submarino Amarillo.

Fati, who recently became the Spanish giants' youngest-ever goalscorer, has matched Suarez's output so far in this campaign, and is expected to play a more prominent role as the season progresses, which could result in reduced game time for the Uruguay talisman.
The former Liverpool star's future has been placed in further doubt following the arrival of Antoine Griezmann from Atletico Madrid, although the pair played together during Lionel Messi's injury-induced absence, and he could fall further down the pecking order if Barca sign Neymar in January or next season.
