According to Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo, the Catalan side has been offered the chance to secure the free-agent signings of four talented players from teams in Europe's top five leagues.
It is suggested that Chelsea duo Jorginho and N'Golo Kante have been put forward by their agents, with the midfielders soon to be entering into the final six months of their contracts in the English top flight.
Kante has endured an injury-stricken year with the Blues, while Jorginho, an Italy international, is yet to commit to a new contract at Stamford Bridge amid rumours suggesting Barca could view him as a replacement for Sergio Busquets.
The Spaniard is believed to be tempted to part ways with his boyhood club in 2023, with MLS side Inter Miami widely tipped to be his next destination.
Manchester United fullback Diogo Dalot, represented by super-agent Jorge Mendes, is another player Barcelona reportedly have the opportunity to sign, although the Red Devils have the power to exercise the one-year option in his contract.
The 23-year-old has been a regular in United's starting XI since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's departure last year, and has been among the most improved players under Dutch tactician Erik ten Hag, who has started him in every league match in this campaign so far.
Lastly, it is reported that Borussia Dortmund's 17-year-old talent Youssoufa Moukoko has also been offered to Barcelona, with his deal in the Bundesliga expiring in 2023.
The Cameroon-born forward has already made 55 appearances for BVB since his senior debut, after scoring a staggering 90 goals in 56 games for the club's U17 team, and 47 times in 25 matches for Dortmund's U19 side.
