Chelsea booked their spot in the next round of the FA Cup with a 3-0 win over Watford at Stamford Bridge on Sunday evening.
Blues boss, Jose Mourinho, rested key men such as Eden Hazard, Nemanja Matic and Cesc Fabregas for the clash against the Championship outfit.
The first half proved a poor affair, attacking wise, as neither side could create any clear cut openings.
However, Chelsea took the lead with their first meaningful chance in the 58th minute, as Willian blasted home from the edge of the area after being teed up by Loic Remy.
Remy then got his name on the score-sheet in the 70th minute, as the Frenchman was quickest to react a loose ball in the box.
Chelsea added a third two minutes later, as Kurt Zouma rose highest to thump home a cross from Cesar Azpilicueta.
Diego Costa nearly added a fourth in the closing stages of the game, but the Spaniard's free-kick was pushed onto crossbar by Watford goalkeeper, Jonathan Bond.
