VFL Wolfsburg 1-4 Napoli
Napoli have one foot in the semi-finals, after they defeated VFL Wolfsburg 4-1 in their Europa League quarterfinal first leg tie at the Wolfsburg Arena on Thursday night.
Gonzalo Higuain gave the Italians the lead in the 15th minute with a well-taken finish, before Marek Hamsik bagged a brace, netting in the 23rd and 64th minute.
Subsitute Manolo Gabbiadini added a fourth for Rafael Benitez's side with a well placed header in the 77th minute, while Nicklas Bendtner pulled one back for Wolfsburg in the 80th minute.
Sevilla 2-1 Zenit St Petersburg
Sevilla took one step closer to defending their Europa League crown after second half goals from Carlos Bacca and Denis Saurez secured a 2-1 win over Zenit. Aleksandr Ryazantsev managed to secure an away goal for the Russian side.

Khouma Babacar struck in the 90th minute to earn Serie A side, Fiorentina, a 1-1 draw with Dynamo Kiev in their first leg tie at the. Dutch winger Jeremain Lens had given the Ukrainian side the lead in the 36th minute.
Club Brugge 0-0 Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk
Belgian outfit, Club Brugge, and Dnipro have it all to play for in the second leg, after the two sides played out to a goalless draw in their first leg tie in Belgium.
