Mohamed Salah remains a reported target for Al-Ittihad Club, but Nohra says Bayern Munich legend Thomas Muller could also be a target.
"Thomas Müller to Saudi as a free agent in 2024? Why not," Nohra told told Phillip Kessler.
"That would be my answer to you."
"There's absolutely no reason why anyone is off the market, anyone that can add value and quality to the league would be welcome."
Meanwhile, Al-Ittihad's Benzema says he is hoping to help grow the Saudi Pro League.
"I really want to help Saudi football grow. [Al-Ittihad] was a project that was just starting to burst from everywhere so from my side I wanted to be part of the story," he told the media.
"That's the reason why I came here."
