Despite ending up on the losing side at Santiago Bernabeu on Saturday evening, Real Madrid star Sergio Ramos equalled an El Clasico record against FC Barcelona.

Los Blancos' LaLiga title hopes were diminished as they suffered a 1-0 defeat to FC Barcelona on Saturday evening.
Ramos made his record-equalling 42nd appearance in El Clasico, but it did not go the way he had planned.
The Los Blancos defender joins Gento, Sanchis and Xavi Hernandez as the only players to play in 42 El Clasicos.
However, his El Clasico record isn't the best, having lost 20 of those encounters,while also ending up on the winning side on 13 occasions.
