Barcelona boss, Luis Enrique, admits he has not regrets about starting Luis Suarez in the 3-1 loss to Real Madrid on Saturday.
Suarez made his Barca debut along side Lionel Messi and Neymar in the attack but could not prevent his side from losing 3-1 to fierce rivals Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu but the Blaugrana boss says he no regrets about starting the Uruguayan.
"I don't regret starting him," Enrique said after the game.
"He played well and looked reasonably up to speed - more so than I expected, in fact. The last half an hour could have taken its toll on him and that's why we brought him off."
Enrique added that he thought Carlo Ancelotti's men were worthy winners on the day.
"We started well but then we conceded clear chances right after scoring," he added.
"We could have made it 2-0, but it was an end-to-end first half. We struggled in the second period and they were worthy winners."
