Zinedine Zidane announced a while ago that his men were not going to give the LaLiga champions a guard of honour because Barcelona did not give Real one after they won the FIFA Club World Cup.
This was a hot topic around Sunday's El Clasico, but after the 2-2 draw, Barca found their own solution to the problem.
After the match, the Catalan giants celebrated their 25th LaLiga title with the club's fans, and Gerard Pique picked up the microphone to tell the Camp Nou that the club's staff would give the players their own guard of honour.
"As we are a family, and they (Real) didn't want to give us a guard of honour, I've asked our staff to make one," he said, as quoted by Marca.
"With that we are leaving."

FC Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde also explained how the guard of honour was all Pique's idea.
"It was totally improvised. Pique is a box of surprises," the Spanish tactician told Marca.
"They told me that there was to be a guard of honour and they did it. In the end, those who earned it are the players, those who represent us."
