Sky Germany reports that the Bundesliga champions are aiming to raise funds for a move for the Tottenham Hotspur No. 10, who has entered the final year of his contract in England.
Bayern are believed to have had their first two bids rejected by the London club, though are not willing to throw in the towel just yet.
It is claimed that ex-Liverpool winger Mane is on the seven-man list, with the Bavarians seeking to get around £17 million (R406.5 million) for his signature in this window following his difficult debut campaign.
The Senegalese has previously insisted he is determined to succeed in Germany, but it appears Thomas Tuchel does not consider the player crucial to his plans.
Dutch international Ryan Gravenberch has also been made surplus to requirements at Bayern, along with Marcel Sabitzer, who has returned from a short loan spell at Manchester United.
Right-back Benjamin Pavard, meanwhile, is listed as not wanted at the German giants amid rumoured interest from Barcelona.
