According to Italian transfer journalist Rudy Galetti, the Bavarians have become disillusioned with Mane and are willing to part with the forward for between €25 million and €35 million (R501 million and R601 million).
The Senegalese attacker arrived at the Allianz Arena off the back of nearly completing an unprecedented quadruple with Liverpool, but it seems his stay at the German giants could be coming to an end after only one season.
Mane does not seem to be in manager Thomas Tuchel's 2023/24 plans, and a number of European giants are said to be monitoring his situation in Bavaria, including Real Madrid, who recently bid farewell to talismanic striker Karim Benzema.
Los Merengues, as a consequence, are looking to replace the 35-year-old in their set-up, and Mane is believed to be among those at the top of their list.
The same report suggests that the reigning CAF Men's Player of the Year is highly appreciated by the chiefs at Valdebebas for his versatility in attack, and that they see him as an adequate replace for Benzema.

At the abovementioned price point, it perhaps also provides the record European champions with a relatively cheap quality replacement while they wait on Kylian Mbappe, whose deal with Paris Saint-Germain expires at the end of the 2023/24 season.
