Former FC Barcelona star Edgar Davids has insisted the 2015 FIFA Ballon d'Or is not even a debate, and that Neymar is not on Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo's level.

The Dutchman believes the prestigious accolade will go to Messi this year, calling the Argentine an "anomaly".
"If he's fit, most of the time it's Messi. But he is an anomaly. The rest will have to wait until he falls off a little bit," he told FIFA.
"It's incredible what Ronaldo and Messi have accomplished until now and what they continue to achieve.
"I love Ronaldo because he is such an amazing player; he works very hard. If Messi lacks sharpness, (Ronaldo) is always there, ready."
Davids also praised Neymar for his development since joining FC Barcelona, but believes the 23-year-old still has work to do before reaching his full potential.
"Neymar is from Brazil, so you have to come from a different country, you have to adapt to a different system, different players," he added.
"He was a talent; still, talent alone is not enough. A lot of big players have talent, but really maximising that talent, working every day, mentally working (on) that talent every day, that is hard.
"It's not easy, and you see he's maintained that and he's stayed focused, and now you see he is up there, (but) he's still not on that level of Messi and Ronaldo."
