Egyptian side Zamalek have decided to part ways with Colombian tactician Juan Carlos Osorio.
The decision was taken on Sunday by the club's newly elected president Hussein Labib and the club's board of directors.
This comes after the White Knights suffered a second successive defeat in the league to ZED FC as they now languish in ninth position of the Egyptian Premier League League. Mo'tamid Gamal will assume the role of interim manager as the club's chiefs begin the process of looking for a new manager.

One of the names that are believed to be on the five-time CAF Champions League winners' managerial wish list is that of Mosimane. There has been speculation that the former Al Ahly boss could already be on his way out of UAE outfit Al Wahda, and it seems this has have piqued the club's interest.
However, a Zamalek official later revealed that the club had not contacted Mosimane as they backed Osorio, but in light of the South American's dismissal, the Kagiso native could now be back in the running to make a return to Egyptian football.
The White Castle have also confirmed they will be transfer-listing three of their stars in Ahmed Fatouh, Mohamed Sobhi and Mostafa El Zenary.
