Egypt moved to the summit of Group J on Friday evening following a 3-2 win over Tunisia.
Naim Sliti put the visitors ahead after 14 minutes before Trezeguet and Baher El Mohamady hit back to put Egypt 2-1 up. Sliti completed his brace in the 72nd minute to level matters but Mohamed Salah struck the winning goal for Egypt late on. South Sudan 2-5 Burundi

Morocco 2-0 Cameroon Morocco edged closer to securing a spot at next year's Afcon after defeating Cameroon 2-0 on Friday night. Ajax Amsterdam star Hakim Ziyech was the star for the hosts, as he netted a second-half brace to secure the win. The Indomitable Lions finished the game with ten men after Karl Ekambi was sent off in the 79th minute.
