Any player joins a team that gives them a best offer, for them , their families and career but what comes with that is higher level of competition. if a team sign you the challenge is to take the position to those playing for the new team, if you can't do that its your own short coming. team sign players to be the best they can sign any amount of players to increase completion on their stall it remain a players duty to out perform the others. so the argument that teams kill players by signing them, give them better salaries to improve their own life then they fail to play regular its a no brainer
