The story
Pirates have arguably been the best-dressed team in South Africa this season, with their technical sponsors adidas serving the club with amazing pre-match looks for big games this season.
The players have been styled in a range of adidas tracksuits from their Z.N.E collection and showed up in a special ensemble for their top of the table clash with Downs.
The Soweto giants outlasted the league leaders courtesy of goals from Relebohile Mofokeng, who netted a quick-fire brace early on as Ezimnyama Ngenkani triumphed 2-1 over Masandawana at the FNB Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
The victory narrows the gap to the Brazilians to 15 points and provides a measure of revenge for the Pirates, who had previously suffered a 4-1 defeat to Sundowns just over a month ago.
Bucs showed up to the game meaning business as the players were dressed in a lush, maroon-coloured corduroy set from adidas. The look was complete with a white tee and a pair of adidas' white and maroon SL '72 sneakers.
