Al Ittihad are determined to improve on the continent and have been spending big money to ensure they have a side that can compete in CAF competitions and Ditlhokwe has been identified as a player they want to add to the team.
Ditlhokwe struggled for game time early on in the season, but fought his way into Nasreddine Nabi's side, playing as a left back, which is a position Amakhosi have been struggling in.
The Soweto giants secured Ditlhokwe as a free agent from SuperSport United and now have an opportunity to sell him in the region of R15 million, which is a big profit for the club.
The Siya crew understands that Al-Ittihad have been keeping a close eye on Ditlhokwe, and have been impressed with his national team performances. Despite not featuring much for Chiefs early on in the campaign, he was a key figure in the national team, playing a major role as Botswana qualified for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
