Munetsi has signed a three and a half year deal with a 12 month option to extend.
Five and a half years after plying his trade at the Orlando Stadium, the 28-year-old now finds himself in what is arguably the most lucrative top division on the planet, having just completed his move to Molineux Stadium.
Rumours of a potential move to the West Midlands surfaced during Deadline Day, and the English club have now moved swiftly in their negotiations to sign the box-to-box midfielder for a reported €20 million (R388 million) fee.
Munetsi will now be joining his international teammate Tawanda Chirewa at Wolves, becoming only the fourth Zimbabwean to play in both the Premier Soccer League and the English top flight.

The Warriors' captain played 159 matches for Reims, scoring 21 goals and providing 14 assists.
Munetsi has opened up on his switch to Wolves.
"I'm delighted. It's a dream come true for me. I've always wanted to be part of something big, and being part of Wolves is something that is very big for me, and is big for my family. It's a team that I've also seen from afar, and the Premier League is the best place to be, so I'm delighted to join the family, to join the team.
"I'm very excited. It's probably going to be the first time I've had a big opportunity to be representing a bigger club. Nothing against Reims, but now you're going to be playing in the Premier League, playing for Wolves. Also, we have a greater population in England for Zimbabwean, I think I will feel even more at home than what I was doing in France."
